If you find yourself in Fargo, stop at GP’s Kitchen on 32nd Ave S. It used to be a Little Caesar’s. One short Greek dude does all the cooking. Regular menu is pretty good, but always ask what the specials are and order the specials, whatever it is. I’ve had so many amazing dishes that I never would have ordered if I’d seen them listed on a menu. (Stuffed zucchini, Pastitsio (Greek lasagna), avgolemono (soup), chicken santorini....
