In order to inform the Membership and to encourage activism in the struggle
to affirm and enhance the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, the following information is offered. Members who have information concerning legitimate RKBA organizations in their State or Region are asked to please IM the Mod of their Hometown Forum with their info. He will post it in this thread. These organizations are not necessarily endorsed by AR15.com; we simply wish to provide information. They are your rights-protect them! Great Idea. After reading Iggy's link about the study on gun confiscation by Wake Forest, we really need to step up. NJ, DC and Chicago are mentioned on how "registration is the precursor to confiscation for several reasons" (page 32/868).
If you don't get involved NOW, then it is obvious that you are never going too, and are content in letting your rights slip away. |

They have: - Successfully sued or influenced several NJ municipalities to get them to stop adding unlawful additional documentation requirements to the Firearms Purchasers ID Card / Pistol Purchase Permit application process - Initiated a multi-plaintiff suit challenging NJ's "justifiable need" clause (which, in reality, is a "almost never issue") for CCW permits. The suit has, so far, resulted in one plaintiff receiving a CCW permit after previously being denied. I've left two messages and called several times at different times of the day. I've never gotten a person, a return call, or any response. I printed out my application to mail in, though. Does anyone know of any other ways to contact this organization? Thanks |
