Latest update from the GoFund Me page. Yesterday Matt is still in Utah. He had surgery on one bedsore a couple weeks ago and the other should heal on its own. The ulcers on his feet are slowly healing as well. Matt is still unable to walk. I need to raise more funds to help offset the costs is a wheelchair van which will allow me to take him to appointments as well as just take him out to enjoy life, on my own, without having to depend on others to help get him in and out of the car. It takes a minimum of two of us to get him in and out of the car. We have applied for help through the VA and are currently trying to jump through their hoops, but we’re initially denied. Even with a grant through the VA, it will only cover a portion of the cost which can range from 45,000-80,000. This past year and a half has really been hard, with all of the health issues, covid shutdowns and separation. If all goes according to plan, I should be able to go pick him up in Salt Lake City at the end of the month. |

Matt's asked me to sell some ammo(762X39) for him to help with some specialized transportation he's going to need..an I want to give the WA an N.ID lads first crack at it. As shipping is cost prohibitive an I'm donating my time, truck an gas to meet up. Would it be ok to post here or do I need to list in EE? |
