| Are there any state orginizations that the CMP recognizes? Mainly in the Bowling Green/Glasgow area I'm jonesing for a Garand, and would love to get one reasonably priced. The main ones I see are ROTC programs in various High schools. Any suggestions? |

The Kentucky State Rifle & Pistol Association is a CMP-affiliated organization. Membership is only $20.00 per year and will qualify you to purchase a rifle from the CMP.
http://www.kysrpa.org/ The CMP is great! It is very cool having a rifle FedEx'd straight to your door without any FFL required.

Our club is a CMP Affiliate www.jc-sc.com but it is in Louisville. You can always join a club at the north store my dad did it. Ohio Shooters Assoc or something it was like $20 a year. We got all the way to the North Store and the club my dad joined was no longer a member, but the guy behind the counter signed him up and we were good to go.
