Thankfully I was not at work, I'm next door to the LandRover dealership (that's where my last BMW dealership is) and they got hit hard. Every car in our work fleet got hit. Just got an estimate on one of our Tahoes, $13000. I was at home working on replacing my daughter's starter. We were in the garage and I heard the neighbor run out frantic and start throwing blankets on her car. I was like wtf. Then the rain came then I heard the hail. I was like oh sh!t! My Alfa's roof is all glass and I had my daughter's car apart so I couldn't get it out of the garage, but thankfully the hail was only hitting the west side of the house so my car was spared. I'll upload some pictures that some of the guys at work sent me. This is what they were dealing with:

I would not pay big money for a dented car that had dozens of dings "pulled out." Paintless dent repair. They basically massage the dents out and use some heat to preserve the paint. Doesn't work on every part though. And I havent seen it done in 10+ years so the tech may have improved |
