This is the whole report, not much info yet.

"HATTIESBURG, Miss. –  Police on Monday arrested a man and charged him with aggravated assault in the shooting of five people at a central Mississippi restaurant.

Lt. Eric Proulx of the Hattiesburg police said 44-year-old Scott Tyner walked into Cucos restaurant along U.S. Highway 49 and opened fire sometime after 3 p.m. CDT.

"There was no confrontation, there was no exchange of words," Proulx said.

Proulx said Tyner ran but only got a short distance before police arrived and arrested him on five counts of aggravated assault. Tyner is being held at the Forrest County Jail. No bond had been set.

Proulx said investigators have no obvious motive. "We don't know why he did it," he said.

Dispatchers received a call about the shooting at 3:31 p.m. The restaurant is located across a four-lane highway from a hospital.

There were no immediate reports on the injured people's conditions or identities."

Scott has a long history of derangement, and his blog posts are of almost legendary insanity. He is also believes 9-11 was an inside job.

I never figured him for an active shooter, being that he was so far to the left that even Lenin would've had trouble keeping up.
