This is an introductory post of sorts.
I've been on the site for a while now, first found it when I had a question about my (then) new AR and created an account to ask it, then mostly lurked for a while spouting off some nonsense every now and then. I realized that I spend a lot of time on the site so I bought myself a membership today. I started a new account with a new username since it's permanent now. My old one was 'usrname', in case you've seen me around. My post count is back to zero, well 'one' if you count this one, but I don't really care about that. About me: I'm 36, married and have dog. I run the family business, live in Seattle. I've only been collecting firearms for a little bit, and thus far have a Sig P239 in 9mm, an AR15 with a CMMG lower and Stag upper, and a Sig 556 Commando which I've only had for a couple of months. My previous experience with firearms is slight as I don't have that many friends who shoot and I don't have any prior military experience, but I love it. I've got a membership at Issaquah Sportsmens Club and you may see me there from time to time. Anyway, this is my official "Hey there" to y'all. I know I'm supposed to bring beer to this introduction, but I'm saving that for a face-to-face GTG. I prefer the real stuff. See ya around! |

Let me take a moment to remind everyone that we are ALL in the militia.
And is the family business Law Enforcement of any sort? Then I'm to old to be in the Militia but PCR and OdT aren't. And R-32 also. Got a pen and paper? Most of them can be distracted by something shiny, usually chrome on a late model muscle car. They really, really hate our Government but apart from the sanitation, medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, the fresh water system and public health, they could do without most government interference in our daily lives.
