I figured this is the best place to ask. May 16, heading north on 95 just before ext 77 A-B a yellow dump truck entered the right lane from the construction zone in the median. This dump truck dropped gravel as it was switching lanes and it cracked my windshield and passengers window. It's a 2023 navigator and the passenger window is double pain. The truck had no lettering other then dot numbers. Maryland gave me the company doing the work Allan Myers, reached out to them they put us in contact with their insurance and the insurance company is dening the claim. Anyone deal with this before? I refuse to use my own insurance when there is a clear person that caused this. Thank you in advance |
