Let's show how much support exists for our 2nd Amendment Rights in Nebraska.
Hundreds of us showed up and stopped the Assault Weapons Ban and the Red Flag Law. Time to show up in the thousands to pass Constitutional Carry. If not you, who? If not now, when? We cannot sit idly by and give up our best chance to get Constitutional Carry passed in Nebraska. It's time for all firearm owners to take the day and head out to the State Capitol and be SEEN and HEARD in support of LB-77. Rally at 11:30 a.m. Testify at 1:30 p.m. Nebraskans have waited since 1988 for their rights to be recognized as declared under Article 1, Section 1. We are tired of waiting. It's time to take action!

I read her list of sponsored bills. All societal related. She has a sociology degree. She is stopping the business of the state of Nebraska from getting done. Slowing the whole Unicameral is irresponsible. She can filibuster the bill that she is against and prevent it from advancing [maybe]. She could work to be a statesman and convince others of her convictions. That is not the way of our legislators today. We must create chaos because not everyone thinks likes me. How did she get re-elected and do her constituents really support her and her crusade? She seems like a one issue person. My hope is that her district will put pressure on her or at least wake up to her and not re-elect her. |

Are all the rules for ccw the same as before? Meaning even with constitutional carry is there still duty to inform, signage holds letter of law, no ccw in places 50% profit of booze, etc.? I can't find anywhere with the rules spelled out in plain speaking sentences |

Yes, the rules are the same. Some offences carry a more severe penalty now. It's far from "Constitutional Carry". You just don't have to obtain a training certificate and purchase a permit now. |
