CMP Range on a Saturday…

So it’s been several years since I’ve been and I’ve never been on a Saturday. Was thinking about going tomorrow but noticed there is a match on the calendar. I tried to call but only got answering machines.

Do the matches generally take up the entire range/ranges they’re on. If not, do they normally fill up on a Saturday or do you have to wait for a shooting station?

I would settle on some 100 yard shooting but wouldn’t mind getting on the big range as well.

Any input or experience?

Which match was on the schedule?

It’s a big enough range that they’ll have a lot of space. Matches don’t usually hinder non-competitors.

Looking for work: athletics admin, marketing, event promotions, facility operations.

For ones like the Spring Classic this past weekend, the entire range will be closed to those attending the match.

For the monthly matches, you can see on their website generally how long it’s scheduled to last and the rest of the range will be open.
