Hello all,

I should probably introduce myself first, I've been lurking for years but don't post much. I live in Kingdom City/work in Fulton. One of these months when I'm in town on a weekend I would love to join you all up at CMMG's place. It sounds like you all are having way too much fun.

My wife and I took Tim Olivers Learn to Carry class yesterday at the Cedar Creek club outside Columbia. Just thought I'd mention a few things.

It was a good class, both Tim and his assistant did a good job and kept things interesting. They provided a lot of interesting background on the CCW battle and other info.

All of us fired both auto and revolver. Those who wanted, or had counties that require it, also qualified on both.

Also, FWIW, apparently some politicos are stating that PA permits issued after our law was upheld are not valid, as they were illegally issued according to PA law, and, PA permits issued in the past would not be valid anyway until a MO CCW (home state permit)was sent to PA in accordance with PA law. They recommended FL(yea! we still have ours), as it has no such home state requirement and has great recognition/reciprocity(I can attest to that-been stopped in GA and LA with no problems).

Oh well, still hoping Callaway County Sheriff will see the light, or at least start thinking about the next election turnout.

Hope to meet some of you soon.

Stu

since the CCW does not officially go into effect into 15 days after the MOSC decision is handed out with was on the 25th of last month. Add 15 days to that and that would put you on the 9th.. So therefore we were not a CCW state legally untill then... therefore we should assume that PA permits issured before that time would be legal to non ccw
states for an non resident........ you do not have to have a copy of your ccw unless you are a ccw state... Mine was sent in last month to PA
