So in the name of "safety" NY has banned the most common rifle in the nation, and now the most common handgun. Pretty sure common use was mentioned somewhere.......just can't put my finger on it. If SCOTUS doesn't come down on these bans and licensing schemes hard, with a sweeping opinion, we will continue to lose our rights until we are left with single shot .22s and break action shotguns, with the proper license that takes 1 year to get, of course. Those are suitable for self defense right?? And all the remaining free states aren't far behind. SCOTUS is our last hope here...unless we want to have a revolution of course. |

Dave You already know SCOTUS does not matter here. NY has deep pockets to keep it tied up forever. I would love to see it happen, but this is still a "do what we want and stay in court forever state, and if it looks like we will lose just change it slightly and start all over again". |

Can’t wait for SCOTUS to slam this ………oh wait Folks……..courts are not going to save us. NY is a super majority Demoncrat Socialist Republic. We have no say and the very people who are supposed to defend the rights of our citizens (Courts) constantly tip toes around during rulings instead of just ass raping the commies…… |
