| So am I interpreting this correctly? You pay to park from 9:00am to 5:00pm but before or after you can park free? I know the guberment needs every penny but I've never paid to park at the beach before, public access but pay to park. |

| Yea more and more beach towns are see the hundreds of thousands of dollars other beach towns rake in and the " we got to get some of that" mentality kicks in. its really kinda crappy cause the people who live in them communities and pay taxes still have to pay the same parking fees. |
