I reshaped and refinished with a rougher finish in matte black. This was a much better finish. I've been playing around looking for the perfect finish and I believe this is it. It's much better than the glossy finish I had on it before.   Maxx I hope you like it better.

I've posted most of these photos, just not here.     My AR-15 has a new G-27 grip and a 6 point stock. I also have a Rem 700 30-06. And a CZ85 that is for christmas that i picked out but mom and dad paid for. ETA: Pic info... 9mm AR ASA upper with Mega lower, Ruger MKIII 5 1/2", Kahr PM9, Norinco SKS. |

WTF, guess I should contribute. Call me simple. Have a lot more, but I guess we're all about fighting weapons here. My main combat weapon. The finish held up well on all of my 4 trips to the sandbox and time back in the 'Nam   Ok Ok here's the real stuff. Glock22  mega receivers M4  I have a Shark brake from Tromix at home waiting to install on it, and a Buis on the way our lazy ass mod. Gratuitous shirt pic

The $295 CMP Garands don't have stocks, they are just the metal. I ordered the stock separately. |

I have that problem....some lowers I bought a few months ago "just in case" turned into a Colt M4 and 70% of a SPR If the other 30% wasn't the expensive part It'd probably be done already

What are ya missing from it, Im working on my fake SPR and have a barrel, gas tube, Magpul PRS stock and BCG so far(about 30% to your 70) |

I've got everything but the upper, rails and sights. That would make it 100% functional ....but I would still need glass and the Ops can for it to be 100% complete. I'm looking for a Larue or Vltor upper receiver...but its hard to find them with rifle ramps instead of M4 ramps. Might have to settle for a Colt or LMT takeoff. Rails will be Larue or KAC and sights will hopefully be KAC, but probably Troy or Sampson. Don't have a clue about a scope yet...Nightforce if I can swing it, Leupy if I can't. |

I uess Im going to start adding some pictures of mine now. This is what Ive transfered in the last week. A 10/22 with a 16.25" threaded barrel, a 10/22 with a folding stock and cheap red dot, and a stripped lower which needs to be engraved for my SBR project. Upper and FF handgaurd are in the mail right now. The second picture is what few parts I have together for my SPR Project so far, unfortunatly not very many yet.

Here is last nights build. It is a Sundevil lower with a DPMS LPK in it and an olympic upper w/10.5" barrel and Specter length YHM FF on it. It has a Socom mag block and Sten mags that I refinished a few of. Overall it is a fun gun, as soon as the F1 goes throught it will get a magpul CTR and a VFG on it. I am also going to top it with either an eotech 512 or 552.

  2 of my newest additions. Ok so the AR ain't new. It's just a moderate rework of an old one, stock, fh, buis, paint. Just bought a p-22 also but it's about to go on the sale/trade block. |
