I was cleaning up after others early this week, and found one near the north end. It's currently down in Custer and I'm here till early October. Describe it to claim it. ETA: A picture of it will help your claim, and I get to Rapid about once a week for "provisions". |

I pack out more than I bring. If everyone did that, the place wouldn’t look like shit all the time. Been on a few large-scale clean ups and the animals had the place trashed the following week. If anyone is up for getting together and shooting, I’m available most mornings on the weekends. |

Yeah, I could have picked up a lot more. But I don't have my truck up here, so I'm kind of limited on how much trash I can carry back up the hill. I pretty much focused on fast food wrappers, plastic sacks, ammo boxes, smaller pieces of cardboard and shotgun hulls. I filled about a third of a 30-gallon bag with just shotgun hulls. A rake would have made that easier. I was surprised how much good brass was laying on the ground. Some of that went home with me. I had to do an ammo run on Tuesday... Some idiot left all his 45 acp and 40 sw in Texas. |
