Can I put a conversion G20 barrel into my G21SF frame? If so, just a drop in and use G20 mags? Thanks in advance.

No - non ambi mags do not work in ambi frames.

You can put a 45 to 10mm conversion barrel in your 21sf slide!

Yes, they make ambi G20 mags.
