Well, I did it, I just got back from my LGS where I started the paperwork for a Springfield XD Mod.2 in .45 acp. Now its up to the feds. I've wanted one of these since I first saw an article in a gun magazine. Recently I went in to fondle it, and decided I wanted it.

Picked it up this afternoon. A very nice, small pistol. Haven't gotten to the range yet, but will soon, with a range report to follow. Any suggestions for a concealment holster?

I love my 9mm mod 2, just feels great and the build quality is awesome.

Carry it daily in a stealthgear holster. They are on the pricey side but feel great.

I love my Mod 2 in 45, i carry it in a clinger stingray holster with a 30 degree cant. I think it actually conceals that double stack 45 better than my aliengear 2.0 does my shield 9mm ( just an FYI i carry IWB at 3 oclock). I'm actually planning on buying another one for my shield when i get the spare money but i may try the ATOM. Also only 35 bucks and free shipping on their website for the stringray.

I looked at that holster on ebay,  It looked interesting. I may get one at the end of the month.

lol ya ebay is where i originally saw it and and how cheap it was. So i looked at their website to try and learn a bit more about them  and found there was a lot of options to choose from such as several diff colors and cants for the holster. Since i didn't order from ebay ( i ordered straight from their site) i don't know if your given the same options on there. Another cool thing i found was it is actually made a few hours from where i live in Arkansas.
