Was the standard P30 discontinued? All I'm finding on gun.deals is the L and S. I'm specifically looking for the V1 LEM to match my P30SK V1. |

Apparently HK and the Internet think the VP9CC and/or CC9 are a replacement for it. Now you have me wondering if they are done with the P30SK as well. I saw a bunch of new V3s around about a month ago, but I was looking for V1 LEM and ended up buying two used ones. Now all the new P30SK V3s also appear to be OOS except for a few at the upper end of the price range. |

I want a gun that is hammer fired, no safety, and has a consistent trigger pull every time. You get the benefits of a striker and hammer all in one. Draw, stage the trigger like you would a DA but the only thing resisting is the trigger-return-spring, so it's like 1 lb of pressure; get to the wall and you have a 4.5 lb SA pull. Gun goes off, release trigger to reset... wash rinse repeat. Personally, I've always shot hammer guns better than striker. In the venn diagram of hammer and striker, LEM falls in the middle section. Plus, in my experience, HK barrels are a cut above the rest. Accuracy is extremely good. |
