Well I got the girlfriend a Taurus Millenium Pro 9 for a carry gun, it fit her hand well.

After shooting it a couple of times (3 of us) we have decided that the pistol shoots like

shit!!  It hits way left and down some. And the trigger pull is like a mile long!

We are gonna put a bunch more rounds through it and see what happens, If it doesn't

look like it ain't worth keeping, I might get her a M&P 9 or something.

Anyone else have any problems with the Taurus pro 9 ???

Honestly -- it sounds like you're pulling the trigger.  With a long, heavy trigger pull it's much easier to do that.  Low and left would be typical for a right-handed shooter if he/she is pulling it.  But if the gun doesn't work for you, try something else.

The M&Ps are supposed to be nice.  Or try Glock or XD.

The trigger on that pistol is shit.  Nothing is going to change about that.  It is not a gun for target shooting.

My friend bought a millenium pro with the same issues.  Didnt shoot straight, malfed, terrible trigger.

total POS

Don't care for Glocks and I have an XD that I like alot.

Pulling the trigger could be a possibility but one of the people who shot it shoots alot of comp. and is pretty good with Pistols so I know its not all me.

YA the trigger is shit but what can I do!

pro 9?  are you refering to the pt 111 9mm?

if its a pt 111, did you get the 3rd gen?  trigger pull on those are SA unless it goes click and then it goes to DA for a re-strike. so since its a SA, i wouldnt think it would be a L O N G trigger pull like the 1st gen DAO.

Ya the p111 9MM

wicked long trigger pull and it shoots left all the time.

Gotta put more rounds through it I guess.

I dunno, I might trade it I am kinda in the mood for a 1911 now.
