What ever happened to the Surefire 1911 light mount? A dealer posted pictures and a price of $150 a few months ago but nothing ever came of it.  So does anyone know where to get them? Anyone have one? |
I've got one. I got it from C4iGrant. It conencts nicely VERY NICELY and adds some nice heft to the 1911. Note that it ONLY FITS SF LIGHTS. My M3X and M6X are very loose on it. I just ordered an X200B though, so I'll be fine! I got it cause even though I have 1911's WITH rails, they are really too nice to shoot the crap out of and keep as a ready gun. I have my 'shooter' 1911 with amazing sights and a fat hogue grip, this is the gun that I beat the crap out of and shoot ALOT! I added the rail onto it for when it rides on my 'matress holster' at night. Here are pics without the rail.... I'll try to take some with it on...
