I am thinking about sending my Micro-Compact 45 into them for thier 1911-A1 Reliability Package or 1911-A1 Defense Package.
I am having some trouble with failure to feed and slide not getting completly into battery on occation.
Generally a tap on the back of the slide solves the problem but it can be annoying when it does happen.
this happems with both round nos and HPs.
Has anyone had this done?

Thanks in advance
Bob

i would send it to the service dept(their dime) as opposed to the Custom Shop(your dime).

call Deb and tell her what it's doing/not doing and she will advise you.

FWIW, SACS does good work but i don't think you should have to pay to make your gun run right!

Before you send it in, might I ask how many rds you've got thru the gun? My Micro didn't become 100% until I had 250rds~ thru it. I also keep it WELL lubed, FWIW.
