| All I can say is if you think you shoot well with your gun from the factory try it again after you get the kit installed. It is night and day. I had it installed in my service 9mm XD and as soon as I got home I ordered a kit for my subcompact 9mm. Great job with the kit guys I can't believe how nice the reset is. Its close to the glock! Go out and get one guys you will not be sorry! (No I'm not a sales rep) |

Ah.... but if money was no object.
I have 5 shooters in my house..... Full trigger upgrade with shipping back and forth to Spinger for 2 XD's almost = a new pistol. I think I'm better off upgrading my kid's pistol to an XD in case SHTF and deal with the stock trigger. |

I hate my XD trigger, to the point now that i am probably going to sell it. But i just saw these Springer kits. Is the kit with the sear and disconnector something you just install yourself??? ive never taken the little parts out of my XD, before but i prefer to not have to mail it out.
For those of you with these improved triggers, how do they compare to a decent stock 1911 trigger? I love the XD but i dont shoot it nearly as well as a 1911, and this has become a really important factor to me. I'm really intrigued, i wish i could try one out, before i buy get the kit. |
| It totally changed the way my gun shot for me. I feel it shoots closer to a glock but with an XD grip. I had a local smith install it and even he said how nice of a kit it was a would recommend it to anyone looking to get trigger work done to an XD. If your only problem with the gun is the trigger then I would say its worth getting. The money you would lose selling your gun plus the difference is cost for what you would have to add to it to get a new one would pay for the trigger installed. Just my .02. |
| I can't report on that yet. I have about 1K thru both my 9's with this kit (one sub and the other service) without one failure. I use both of these guns for my personal carry and trust both on my life. Maybe you could get some better info thru the maker of the kit on that one. |

I had thought about getting the Springer XD trigger kit for my XD45. Will it be as reliable as the factory trigger? My XD is my CHL pistol. o'ye of little faith................ yes it will be as........ is it worth the price |

I got the kit for my XD45 Service a little over a year ago and love it. I liked it so much, when I got my XD40 SC, I ordered the trigger and had it installed before I ever shot it. My smith call me to see where I got the kit from, because he had another customer come in, and look at and XD, but didn't really like the trigger. He let them try mine and they told him, "I'll take it, if you can get that trigger." He sold the gun about a week later. |
