I know to some this is a dumb ass question but the only way I can get an answer is to ask. I have a Micro Compact Loaded and it has the Integral Locking System (ILS) By the fotos in the book mine is unlocked. Can someone explain what this is or does? What does it do when locked and what does it do when it is unlocked? Also which way is the best way to have it and why? Sorry to bother you with this but I can't seem to find the answers on my own. The lock on the MSH locks the hammer strut, i.e. prevents it from being cocked. Many owners swap out their locking MSH with an aftermarket version that doesn't have one. My Micro has one but I've never had any issues with it so I've left it alone. Hope this helps! |
