I recently purchased a Colt Lightweight Commander XSE and am looking to replace the factory trigger. I ordered an STI polymer trigger on a recommendation by my 1911 obsessed brother. My main question is, will I be able to install the trigger myself, or will it really require a smith? I can break the gun down to the bare frame and I am well ware the trigger will require minor fitting, but like I asked before, do I really need a smith? Thanks in advance for the responses guys.

IF you are mechanically inclined at all it should be a fairly strait forward install.
