Sent me a rebate code, it has never worked. I have sent multiple emails, no response. Sat on hold for 2 hours and 46 minutes this morning and the fuckers just disconnected me. First and last Taurus I will ever buy. |

I've given up. Already sold the TX22 and bought a MkIV. I do take the time to tell anyone who will listen what a shit company that Taurus is. I know it doesn't do much but it makes me feel better. At least half a dozen emails and being put on hold for hours at a time. I hope they get sued into oblivion. |
| Over a month with nothing. Code doesn't work etc etc. Phone calls on hold forever, never answered. Don't respond to emails. Code was expired on Feb 28th Decided to try the expired code today and it worked. WTF! Taurus needs an overhaul on CS. I will not buy anything else from them. He'll this handgun is the only thing I have bought from Taurus. |

I am unhappy with Taurus. I got the rebate code but it keeps telling me it is invalid. Yes, I am entering it properly. I’ve emailed them five times. No response. I’ve called. No call back. I’m quite disappointed. |

My guess is that you're not hearing back because they are out of magazines at the moment. Given that it seems no one has them in stock. I'd bet that they are waiting for more to be manufactured and in stock. They likely didn't anticipate the demand such a rebate and the yuge sales of this pistol would produce. I just picked one up cheap from a disgruntled mag waiter. I have to say it's a fantastic shooting pistol. I also have a Sig P322 and love it too. If someone asked me for a recommendation on what to buy, I'd likely say the Taurus. All things being equal, the Sig is just not $200 better. |

I got mine promptly after I sent in for them. It was only about 6 days and they came right in. Of course this was right after Black Friday.

I had a ton of problems with mine and had to send it into sig. I got it back not too long ago. They replaced a ton of stuff (allegedly) on it. I still have to take it out to see if it's any better. |

Oh trust me, I'm usually right there with those waiting. This time though, I got lucky and saw the thread on here about the gun and ordered it on Sunday night of Black Friday weekend. I must have got in under the wire before they ran out of mags. I should apologize I guess but after watching all the sand in here over the mags, I just felt the overwhelming urge to go  .Yeah, I'm a dick. |
