Hey everyone, I just put together a gun belt/war belt setup. I currently carry a Glock 19 with a TRL-1 light using a Safariland Level 1 retention holster (I don’t recall the exact model). I’d like to swap the Glock 19 for my Beretta M9A4. Right now I have a JM Custom OWB holster for the M9A4, but the belt loops on it are too small for my gun belt (which is 1.75” wide). I’m planning to contact JM Custom to see if I can order larger belt loops that will fit my belt. I know Safariland makes a holster that would fit the M9A4, but their option comes as a kit and is over $200. From your experience, do I have any other options for mounting my M9A4 to my belt? I really like the Safariland style of mounting system. I’d also like to keep the light attached to the pistol while it’s holstered. Thanks in advance for your thoughts! |
