| Any suggestions? I don't know why this is hard, but so far it is. I have two RIA 1911s, one compact, one full size. They both run fine, so there's that, but I want to replace the crappy original grips with matched G10s, preferably in a pattern including black and green. Tons of vendors offer them, just can't seem to find any with both sizes in the same pattern and colors. I don't care if they make my butt look big, as long as they match. Thanks in advance! |

If you require ambi cut, cool hand on Amazon has VZ operator style grips that are very good . I had to get real VZ on both my 1911s because they are both slim with no ambi. I ordered a pair of the cool hand to try. Very good but i wanted slim no ambi. Otherwise quality and fit cant be beat for $20. Eta their standard thickness has regular mag release cut, slim style has super scoop style. I think all have ambi. Eta2 cool hand screws and bushings are garbage. If you are changing thickness buy challis bushings. |
