I thought some of you guys might be interested in this (if dupe so sue me)

Alloy Frame Glock:



It allows proper grip and other stuff. I thought it was cool.

Yep that's the "1911" grip insert they also have one that looks like the original grip.

Very cool. The grip and safety get rid of the two things I don't line about the Glock. Of course they improved the Glock by making it more like a 1911, so let the moaning begin.
