Home stipple, or professional? Either way, it looks good! |

Better than some of the pics I've seen that looked like they were shot with a cell phone, through a dirty window, using a zippo as a flash. Try using a light, patterned background (I use a piece of ACU cloth for pretty much everything) and point the barrel into the frame instead of out. Google composing photographs and the rule of thirds, I'm betting there's better info out there than I can give. |

Good clean background, good room lighting, and adjustable aperture and shutter speed help allot. I usually take pics from -2 to 2 seconds in small increments for the shutter speed, pick the one I like the best. I just use a point and shoot that has these settings. Dont forget the tripod, and never use the flash. |

Thanks for the tip. I have seen professional diffusers for the larger flashes but never thought to do this to the stock flash. Originally Posted By Seiran:

Then playing with the pics on whatever little program and dumb effect will make them look cool. I usually don't post them and just use them as an Iphone background pic. My wife was just yelling at me "Your using a $700 camera to take stupid pictures of a $1,300 pile of guns! You have expensive fetishes!" These are my latest backgrounds. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
