Just picked up my first SIG, a used 226R in .40 cal.
So far im a fan, Still need to put it through the paces
Then start some upgrades

The P226 is a great platform. It should handle the .40 round well if it's a railed Sig as the slide will have been milled from stainless steel. I used to have a railed 9mm and it was a dream.
