Can the extractor cause an FTF? It appears that sometimes my extractor fails to engage the rim causing the extractor to sit on the head of the case causing the pistol to be slightly out of battery. Any idea how I can fix rhe problem? It just started to happen after a case of new fedeal ammo. About 1 every 20 rds. |

Check to make sure the extractor is formed correctly an tensioned right.
