I installed an extended mag release and extended slide release on my model 19 tonight. Everything went in OK but when I push the slide stop down slowly about half way with the slide in the locked back position there is a slight click (almost like a detent) if the release is pushed down a little further the slide releases. With the slide off the gun there is no hangup in the release lever, everything seems to function ok. Doesn't appear to affect the function, more of an annoyance and can only be detected when pusing it down slowly. Any ideas what may be causing this? |
