| What do you guys use? I'm looking for comp sights for a G17, but all of the ones I have looked at are black front and rear sights––I would think this would make it harder to pick up the front sight when you're on the timer. Why are comp sights black on black? Does anyone run a Dot front sight with plain rear? |

I use Sevigny Competition sights with plain rear and fiber front. I like them and the rear sight has a great cut for quick acquisition and alignment.
Sevigny Competition Sights Forgot to add - I have them installed on a G17. |
| I also use Sevigny sights on my two G34s that I use for USPSA Production Division. Also check out the Dawson Precision 'Perfect Impact' adjustable sight for GLOCKs. Its pretty robust for an asjustable sight. Fiber or plain front is going to be a personal thing. There was a whole thread about it if you scroll down a bit, or search for it. I use a fiber optic front sight on nearly all of competition guns. |
