One of the clips on my CTAC holster broke after a couple of years of daily use, so I went on their website to order some replacements. I read that they had redesigned them and they should be good for a very, very long time. When I ordered them, it said it might take ~10 days to ship them out. I sent them an e-mail asking if that was true. They promised me the clips would ship that day (last Wednesday). They got to me from TX to GA on Saturday. Inside the bag was a package of smarties candy and a hand written note on the invoice thanking me for my order. I thought that was pretty cool, and my son really loves smarties. Thanks CTAC!!!
