Just curious what the value of one of these would be.

The one I have has serial # in the 90xxx range and the .32 calibre model, I know over half a million were made, but not sure if a lower # one might hold more value or not. Its been kept in the safe most of its life and fired little, just the bluing is worn because it was originally stored in a leather holster (its not anymore).

Thanks.

I just gave it a good cleaning tonight, the first its had in decades, to my amazement the bore looks almost brand new. Rifling is crisp and there is not even a sign of pitting and it still has a clean polish to it. I was thinking about selling the pistol to buy AR toys, but after seeing how much nicer it looks cleaned up, I'm thinking I might want to keep it instead.

Also, I noticed after giving it a good overall cleaning, that the finish of the gun has a shiny brown look to it. It looked blue before. Were there finishes offered on the 1903 other than blueing or could the CLP have had some kind of effect on it?
