| I'm in the process of doing a 1911 build and I was wondering if any has ever seen a 1911 with a gunkoted OD green slide with gunkoted or otherwise black/parked frame? I'm thinking that's what I'm going to do. I already have most of my parts...frame, barrel, springs,pins, and (still need a grip safety, if anyone has one for sale same with the slide)...But what do guys think about an OD slide with a gunkote matte black frame and parts, and green vz grips?cool? yea? I haven't seen anything like it, so i'll be the first unless anyone has pictures of one... |
It's gonna look like a Kimber CDP. How about all black  I'm not a fan of two tones using any color scheme.

It'll pretty much like a CDP except, I have a stainless magwell/MSH combo....and i'm thinkin about the black paper VZ grips. It's gonna look like a Kimber CDP. How about all black heme. |
