Rod727, I got the bt, a few minutes with a stone and its on my gun functioning fine, you saved me around $40 and I really appreciate it man, the faux grips are on the way, JM2, the msh and grips are on the way.

received today. the grips i got are beautiful, but they are ambi grips, so i offered them to a member that was asking about the ones i was planning to take off.

I also have a standard thumb safety, spur hammer with strut and standard grip safety, all in stainless too if anyone is interested. If anyone wants to pass along any 1911 grips or parts to me my arms are wide open! I'm sure I can scrounge up some goodies to pass along as well. We all seem to have parts, grips, holsters, miscellaneous gear that we just don't use much anymore or even forgot we had; I know I do. 1911s and leather.. I have become a whore!

I could use a set of the $7 brown plastic GI WWII era grips. I can offer black plastic grips, Beretta 92/96 Wolff recoil springs, or a black polymer SKS gas tube cover in trade.

I have a set of ergogrip brand full size 1911 grips.....have rough surface black plastics and they are ambi cut. Let me know who wants them and they are yours.
I also have a Springfield Armory full length guide rod complete with plug. this stuff not doing me any good so once again whoever wants it it's yours. lS6TT gets the guide rod.... |
