This is not my drawing... I found that odd to.. Nothing like the second set that I am redrawing.. There are a few other oddities in that set too.. |

| I think it may be an old-school way of dimensioning. It's not easy to cram 15* into a 15* space. They may open it up to 105 and let you subract the 90 in your head- same as the 20/200. The number is held but the dimension lines allow the arrows in between them along with the text without getting jumbled. |
