Tactical Ops built "Tango 51" rifle based on the Remington 700 action, supposedly comes with a .25MOA gaurantee. Know lots of precision or custom built rifles that get down to that but hell if I've ever heard somebody gaurantee a .25MOA accurate rifle. What's more, this group makes a sound suppressor for shotguns(called the "CLANDESTINE 12") and what astounds me above all else is they are based in California.
