I believe it says rostfrei which if I am correct is German for rust free..

Well, now it's worth about 5.00...

It's pretty crappy, i think they're made by Puma......
MAYBE soligen, but doubtful, if youre a cop it would make a great throway, other than that, i wouldn't bet the farm on it..
