Depending on how your work network is setup and how good the IT people are you will likely be discovered. That will also likely violate policy.

I have to agree with Foxxz

Is it worth losing your job over it?

google anon proxys, then surf to that proxy, then put what site you want in their address bar.

A https web proxy should work or maybe using a SOCKS proxy, you could set up squid on a home computer.

Not even that hard.  Putty will do dynamic port forwarding while pretending to be a SOCKS proxy.  All you have to do it SSH to something that will allow the outgoing port forward.  Then tell putty to setup the dynamic port forward and listen on port X.  Finally you configure your browser to use that port as your SOCKS proxy.

By far the easiest way to accomplish what you want is to use proxify  it works well for the purpose
