Out of posted options, go with the Chevy.

But a close call.

The only help I can give is to lock the thread and you can do it all over.

No one can change a poll... I'm sure GB can, but I doubt he has any interest in doing it.

I bought a 17 Frontier beginning of June. Very happy with it. Fuel economy is not great averaging 18-19 over the first 2500 miles. 4 door 4WD SV trim level.

27,500 OTD.

This isn't even a question. The Frontier is a dinosaur that has been on the market almost completely unchanged since 2004. It's crude, it's cramped, and it sucks gas worse than most half tons on the market today.

I vote Colorado.

I'd buy the Frontier over the Colorado.

btw: The corp I work for sells both lines.

If going by looks I'd go with the Colorado.

Colorado

Frontier

Why not a 2018 frontier?  Total redesign.

I own an Xterra which is exactly a Frontier without the bed.

They have their quirks but are solid overall. They are outdated as fuck and will kill you on gas. I like mine, but would not pay the price for a new one.

If you're getting the diesel Colorado, go with that.

A frontier on good tires both drives and rides nicer than a Colorado.  The fuel economy is marginally worse but is easily offset by the lower cost.  The biggest issue the frontier has is a utilitarian looking interior with outdated infotainment.  But there is actually more usable storage in the frontier.

Smart money finds a lightly used frontier under 20k and throws a good double din system in it to catch up the infotainment.

This is the opinion of someone  that had an 07 frontier and now has a 16 canyon.

I drove a 2017 Colorado. I was pleasantly surprised by it. If you're wanting a truck that size, it's a good option.

I traded in a 2014 Frontier SV 4x4 for a 2017 PRO 4X just about a month ago... So far so good on both.

As far as I see it, Nissan doesn't fix what ain't broken.

frontier was a out dated when it was new.

Colorado is a nicer truck, much more up to date.

drive both and see what you like more.

I have an '05 Frontier 4X4 and an happy with it.  I'll probably get another when this one finally gives up the ghost.  Not expecting that for a few more years.
