Is the panic over or is it just taking a dip before another big takeoff?

I am seeing lots of deals as of lately. Looks like the 250-500 $$$$ stripped lower days are long long gone.

Is it a good time to stock up?

won't matter, some more time, the us in bankrupt, dollar collapses.  commerce will stop for a while

It doesn't matter, those who have been laid off can't afford the lowers at any price!  If they could, the remaining parts would not be in the budget!
