Well, after my pathetic trip to Wal-Mart to get chow, I stopped at the butcher shop on the way home. I got 5# of hamburger for dinner. Ground Chuck, Angus variety. I cooked up 11 patties for chow, and the wife made the fixings. I had her whip me up some brown gravy, and mushrooms. Topped that bad boy with a slice of swiss. Heaven on a bun. Apparently everyone else enjoyed the burgers, and I have two kids out still who haven't eaten yet, My daughter was all excited when she learned of this evenings menue. I am back out on the grill cooking up a few more burgers for them, and for leftovers. |

Dang though, those Angus burgers are mighty tasty. The last time I made burgers, I used that tube of death from wal mart that has to be about 35% fat. Awful stuff. These burgers are full of win and worth the extra $.45 a pound. |
