It will KICK YOUR ASS just as much on day 60 as day 1. If you do it right.
And you will be in the best shape of your life. I completed the course, then continued with Week 2 stuff a few times a week while working in running... ended up running mile checkpoints in 4 mile runs rivaling my cross country days in high school at 40 years old. |
