| I have ffl and sot class 3.selling my house and renting until I build new house and shop.will atf check rent house and if so what all will they look at.do I need fed and state tax returns and everything for a audit.only moving 1/4 mile for now so all is same .no city no school no restrictions. |
You should designate a spot in your old house to "keep" your guns, so you don't have to file for a change of address, granted this is only a temporary thing and it is close to where you plan on moving, 1/4 mile. Otherwise, file for a change of address and they may call in for an audit. :} |

you will need a letter from your landlord stating he/she is aware that you will be running a gun business from his/her property. i had to have one. basically just saiyng... i am the owner of said property and i am aware that negevbeltgun will be possessing a federal firearms license. make sure to spell out federal firearms license, not ffl. hopefully your landlord doesnt freak out about it. eta - if its just temporary maybe give the atf a call and ask them the best way to do it. |
