Seriously, go to Google and type in "when you call down the devil" (the " marks limit the search to those exact words, in that exact order), and see what it says. If it had appeared anywhere, in any literature or in any searchable text online, SOMETHING would have come up.

Either you're 100% offbase with your wording, or that phrase is completely obscure.
