I don't think they give pain killers for head injuries. Might want to get that checked out.

If you just bruised the shit out of the side of your face..try some ibuprofin.

If you've fractured your cheek bone..or busted your skull...ibuprofin probably won't work.

Yep, ibuprofen.

Prescription strength is, I think, twice the normal dose.

I wouldn't hesitate to take four 200mg tablets for a bad headache.

My dad fell and hit his head at 8:00 one morning. Had a headache all day. Dead of an aneurysm at 8:00 that night.
