about a year ago i stocked up on usgi 30rders. I just noticed something on one of them. the flor plate says center industries and on the side toward the bottom this is stamped: 6P199 (or maybe 6PI99) and under that is stamped: 08 /99 no where dose it say for govt or LEO use only nor does it have any marks that would sugest that somebody had grinded the govt LEO only stamp off. do ya'll think it's a date ( 08 /99) or do i not need to worry about it. BIg Bear, I beg to differ with you. I am right at this moment looking at one of my pre ban 30rd. Center Ind. mags, and imprinted on the side of the mag body, clear as day, is the date of manufacture... 01/92, and right above it is the imprint 6P199 (the CAGE #). The CAGE # does not appear on the floor plate of this magazine. |
