You might try reinstalling java.  That seems to be your problem

i didn't get any computer disk with this computer.i had to burn disk incasse i ever need to restore the computer back to orginal.how do i get the java file,so i can reload it?

More than likely it's not an error with his system, it's an error with that web page he is trying to access.

Delete your cache and cookies and history, then try to connect to the page again.

If that doesn't work then IE - tools - advanced - browsing - check "disable script debugging" and uncheck "display a notification about every script error".

Either that or use Opera / Mozilla.

More than likely it's not an error with his system, it's an error with that web page he is trying to access.
